The ventilators were delivered to the Irkutsk Regional Children's Clinical Hospital with the assistance of the Russian Forest Association

Four artificial lung ventilation devices were delivered and installed at the Irkutsk Regional Children's Clinical Hospital with the participation of the Russian Forest Association and the charitable Foundation +7. The total cost of the equipment exceeded 10 million rubles.

The Children's Regional Clinical Hospital provides assistance to children throughout the Irkutsk region, and the need for modern medical equipment is enormous here.

«This is a unique event for our hospital, because such changes in this area, in artificial lung ventilation, have not been observed in our hospital for several decades. The received devices are modern, an order of magnitude better than those in the institution», — says Yuri Kozlov.

«Since the beginning of 2020, the Russian Forest Association has been regularly helping medical institutions in our region with the supply of equipment and consumables. Ventilators are critical equipment. This is an opportunity to provide not only support to the health care of the Irkutsk region, but above all, it is helping children. This is a chance to say thank you to our doctors. They are heroes, they perform feats every day. And maybe our support will make their work easier», — comments Margarita Lee, vice-president of the Russian Forest Association.
