Forestry enterprises in the employer rating

HeadHunter experts presented the 2024 employer rating, covering more than 1.7 thousand Russian companies. Key factors of employer attractiveness were assessed, including the development of the HR function, employee loyalty index (eNPS), and the opinions of job seekers and former employees.

The final rating of 152 finalists included two enterprises of the forestry complex:

• Sveza — 19th place;
• Segezha Group — 111th place.

The forestry group Sveza took 19th place among the largest companies in Russia. The experts noted the quality of corporate HR processes, the high level of employee loyalty and popularity among job seekers. Over the year, Sveza improved its position by four lines.
