Forest Consulting

Forest consulting is advising representatives of state and municipal authorities, as well as persons using forests, on forest management issues (use, conservation, protection, reproduction of forests and afforestation).

The purpose of forest consulting is to help achieve established goals and increase the efficiency of use, conservation, protection, reproduction of forests and afforestation.

The association provides consulting in three areas:

For priority investment projects in the field of forest development:

Selection of forest areas for the implementation of priority investment projects in the field of forest development.

Preparation of applications for the implementation of priority investment projects in the field of forest development, including the concept and the necessary turnkey package of documents.

Preparation of necessary documents after the completion of priority investment projects in the field of forest development.

Information and consulting support for the implementation of priority investment projects in the field of forest development.

Purpose:

modernization of timber processing infrastructure facilities, including wood waste processing, including for bioenergy purposes; creation of forest infrastructure and forest processing infrastructure, including the processing of wood waste, including for bioenergy purposes.

Successful experience:

The Association was a consultant on many successfully implemented priority investment projects in the field of forest development in the Siberian and other federal districts of the Russian Federation.

Purpose:

improving the efficiency of conservation, protection, reproduction, as well as the rational multi-purpose and sustainable use of forests while maintaining their environmental functions, biological diversity, balance of their disposal and reproduction.

Successful experience:

Within the framework of the National Forest Forum in 2019, the Association, with the support of the Federal Forestry Agency of the Russian Federation, initiated the forestry award "Responsible Forest User".
