OPORA RUSSIA and the Federal Tax Service of Russia summed up the results of joint work in 2022

Today, December 23, a joint expanded meeting of the boards of OPORA RUSSIA and the OPORA NP Association took place. The Russian Forest Association was represented at the meeting by First Vice-President Andrey Goncharov.

The central topic of the meeting was summing up the results of joint work with the Federal Tax Service. Alexander Kalinin, President of OPORA RUSSIA and the NP OPORA Association, highly appreciated the work of the Russian Federal Tax Service on tax support in 2022.

Among the main measures of tax support for business, the participants of the meeting identified the following:

  • introduction of a deferment for the payment of insurance premiums for the II-III quarters and for the simplified tax system in certain industries for six months;
  • opportunity for businesses to use additional money to maintain employment and find new markets;
  • reducing the amount of penalties for late payment of taxes until the end of 2023, the VAT refund has been accelerated up to 8 days;
  • improving the mechanism for granting a deferment/installment plan;
  • An exception from 01.01.2023 from the Tax Code of the requirement for the value of the net assets of organizations applying for a deferral or installment plan.

Alexander Kalinin, President of OPORA RUSSIA and the OPORA NP Association: “From July 1, an experiment on the introduction of auto-USN was launched in four regions. For small and micro businesses, this is a convenient mode of operation: you dumped money into your account, then they left for your obligations - this is the responsibility of the Federal Tax Service.

Daniil Egorov, Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia: “The introduction of the Single Tax Account is one of the most serious projects that will change the entire image of the tax system in the future. We are finally disconnecting from the budget code.”
